How does ApnaTask work?

A customer posts a task. Relevant nearby providers can send private offers. The customer compares the available options and selects one provider.

Can every provider see my exact address?

No. Providers see only an approximate area before selection. Your exact address and phone number are shared only with the selected provider.

How do I pay?

Payment is made in cash after the work. ApnaTask does not collect the customer’s service payment in the initial release.

How is completion confirmed?

The customer shares a completion OTP after checking the work. Support can override this only through an auditable process.

Who can become a provider?

Adults who complete phone verification, submit the required identity and service information, and receive KYC approval can unlock provider mode.

Does sending an offer cost anything?

The applicable bid charge is shown before submission. During the free-bid phase, the displayed fee is Rs0. Revisions, counteroffers, and chat remain free.

Where is ApnaTask available?
