Marketplace role

ApnaTask connects customers with independent service providers. It does not employ providers or guarantee that a provider, task, price, arrival estimate, or outcome will meet every expectation.

Accounts and eligibility

Users must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information. Provider mode requires phone verification, required identity and service information, and KYC approval. Accounts may be limited for fraud, abuse, safety, or legal reasons.

Tasks, offers, and payment

Customers are responsible for describing lawful work accurately and choosing a provider. Providers are responsible for sending accurate offers and performing accepted work safely. Service payment is made in cash after the work in the initial release.

• Any bid fee is shown before submission.
• During the free-bid phase the displayed fee is Rs0.
• Credits are non-withdrawable and non-transferable service credits, not cash or an investment.

Safety and acceptable use

Users must not share prohibited content, impersonate others, misuse personal data, manipulate reviews, harass users, or use ApnaTask for unlawful or immediately dangerous work. Reports and disputes may be reviewed using auditable account, task, and message records.

Completion and disputes

Customers confirm completed work using a completion OTP. Support may override completion only through an auditable process. Refund, liability, tax, dispute, provider-classification, and governing-law clauses must be finalized by counsel before launch.
