ApnaTask marketplace use karne wale customers aur providers ke intended operating rules.
Marketplace ka role
ApnaTask customers ko independent service providers se connect karta hai. ApnaTask providers ko employ nahi karta aur provider, task, price, arrival estimate ya outcome ki guarantee nahi deta.
Accounts aur eligibility
Users 18 saal ya us se zyada hon aur sahi account information dein. Provider mode ke liye phone verification, required identity aur service information, aur KYC approval chahiye.
Tasks, offers aur payment
Customer lawful kaam sahi describe aur provider khud choose karta hai. Provider accurate offer bhejta aur accepted kaam safely karta hai. Initial release mein service payment kaam ke baad cash hoti hai.
- Bid fee submit karne se pehle dikhai jati hai.
- Free-bid phase mein displayed fee Rs0 hai.
- Credits non-withdrawable, non-transferable service credits hain; cash ya investment nahi.
Safety aur acceptable use
Prohibited content, impersonation, personal-data misuse, review manipulation, harassment aur illegal ya foran dangerous work allowed nahi.
Completion aur disputes
Customer completion OTP se kaam confirm karta hai. Support sirf auditable process se override kar sakti hai. Final liability, tax, dispute aur law clauses launch se pehle counsel approve karega.
