Trust
Safety and trust
The privacy, provider-review, task-moderation, completion, reporting, and support controls required for ApnaTask's public release.
Before a task is visible
The release design requires automated checks for contact information, spam, unsafe content, and duplication. Uncertain or high-risk cases must be held for manual review before entering provider discovery.
Before a provider can offer
Public provider mode will require phone verification and manual KYC review covering identity, service categories, and service area. KYC review reduces risk but is not a guarantee of conduct or workmanship.
While choosing and working
The release design keeps exact customer location and phone details hidden from unselected providers. Offers and negotiation threads are private. After selection, the active-task view must keep status, contact, reporting, support, and completion confirmation close at hand.
When something goes wrong
Report, block, and in-app support-ticket controls are public-release gates and are still being implemented and tested. Preserve task details and communicate in the app when possible so support can retain an auditable record once these controls are live.
