ApnaTask account, task, location, messaging, provider aur support information ko kis tarah handle karne ke liye design hua hai.
Product ko kya chahiye
Marketplace chalane ke liye ApnaTask account aur phone verification, customer task details, map-selected location, private offers aur messages, provider service details aur support records use karta hai.
- Provider KYC documents ordinary business data se alag rehte hain.
- Analytics raw address, messages, phone number, CNIC data, photos aur search text collect nahi karegi.
- Charging enable hone par payment aur credit records auditable ledger mein rehte hain.
Location privacy
Customer ke provider choose karne se pehle eligible providers ko privacy-displaced task location ya approximate locality milti hai. Selected provider ko kaam ke liye zaroori exact address aur phone number baad mein milta hai.
Use, access aur retention
Information authentication, relevant matching, abuse moderation, notifications, transactions, disputes aur legal obligations ke liye use hoti hai. Sensitive access role ke mutabiq limited aur recorded hona chahiye.
- Raw KYC documents separate encrypted storage mein rehte hain.
- Support ya legal hold kuch records ki deletion delay kar sakta hai.
- Cross-border processing legal approval aur disclosed regions ke mutabiq hogi.
